Using your table saw and planer cut a thin strip just slightly thinner than the thickness of your slot cutter. Using the slot cutter bit, start at the part which is outside your workpiece and cut inside the line at a depth which leaves about an 1/8" lip for your door to slide under. Check to make sure your pegs fit nicely in that slot. Using the 1/4" spiral bit, cut an inside cut deep enough so that you have at least 1/8" of material remaining on the top of the board. The square part of the outer rounded rectangle needs to be hanging off the side of the workpiece The entire inside rectangle needs to be fully on the workpiece. Place the crib board door file on your workpiece so that part of the image is actually off the workpiece.
